1. The Service

Digitoly provides image conversion tools (format conversion, SVG vectorization, and additional features as they become available) via a website. Some features run in your browser; others are processed on our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use Digitoly. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Free tier

New accounts receive 5 free conversions/downloads. This allowance is per account and is intended for one account per person — creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim free conversions is not permitted.

4. Paid subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Your usage allowance resets at the start of each new billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you'll keep access until then.

5. Refunds

6. Acceptable use

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the images you upload or convert. We only use your images to provide the conversion you requested and do not claim ownership over them.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Digitoly available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time (for example, features currently marked "Coming soon" are not yet part of the Service).

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability
