Digitoly Image Converter does not receive or store your Google account password. Google handles authentication of your Google account.

Digitoly Image Converter provides image conversion and processing features.

For browser-based conversions, such as standard JPG, PNG, and WEBP conversions, processing may occur entirely within your browser. When a conversion is performed entirely in your browser, the image does not need to be uploaded to Digitoly's servers.

Certain features may require an image or file to be temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing. When this occurs, the file is used only to provide the requested functionality and is deleted after processing or when it is no longer required, subject to applicable technical logs, backups, and security requirements.

We do not use your uploaded images or files to sell advertising or for unrelated commercial purposes.

1.3 Payment Information

If you purchase a paid Digitoly plan, payment processing is handled by Razorpay.

Digitoly does not directly store your complete credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account credentials. Payment information is handled by Razorpay in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

Digitoly may receive information necessary to manage your subscription, such as payment status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, plan information, and renewal or expiry information.

1.4 Usage Information

We may collect information about your use of Digitoly, including the number of conversions or downloads associated with your account, selected features, plan information, and usage limits.

This information is used to operate the Service, enforce applicable plan limits, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of Digitoly.

1.5 Technical and Diagnostic Information

We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. This may include information such as browser type, device information, operating system, approximate usage information, error information, and diagnostic data.

2. Google Sign-In

Digitoly offers Google Sign-In as an authentication option.

When you choose to sign in with Google, Google authenticates your identity and provides Digitoly with the information permitted through the Google authentication process.

We use information received through Google Sign-In only to:

  • Authenticate your Digitoly account
  • Create and maintain your Digitoly account
  • Identify your account when you sign in
  • Associate your account with your Digitoly subscription and usage
  • Provide account-related support

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

We do not request access to Google services or data that is unrelated to the authentication and account functionality provided by Digitoly.

  • Creating and authenticating user accounts

  • Razorpay — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Sentry — application error monitoring and diagnostics, where enabled.
  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics, where enabled, to help us understand website usage and improve the Service.
